Begin Bright

Kindergarten reading readiness determines a child's success not just during their school career, but throughout their life.

Begin Bright is our forthcoming, first-of-its-kind early literacy campaign to increase reading readiness across all of Nashville. Visit again soon to hear the exciting details!

In the meantime, know that NPL is already on the front lines of early literacy. Discover our free and trusted reading resources — beginning with the ones here on this page! — and, of course, come out for the story times that families continue to love and enjoy.
