Every February, NPL celebrates African American History Month with a full schedule of art, music, dance, history events at all 21 library locations.

2023 Season: Celebrating Our Freadom

Nashville Reads brings the entire city together each year to read great literature, in an attempt to broaden the literary horizons of the city and open up a forum for discussion. Join us in January and February of 2023 as each of our locations focuses on a book that's been banned or challenged repeatedly over time.
