If your New Year’s resolution was to cook at home more often, this is the cookbook for you.
Most of the recipes involve just three simple steps:
1. Make a quick (5-minute) sauce.
2. Toss some meat and vegetables in the sauce.
3. Pour onto a baking sheet and roast in the oven.
No extra side dishes needed, quicker than a crockpot, and so easy to clean up!
