I was listening to music the other day and this thought popped in my mind, “Man, there are a lot of songs about Monday.”  Some people love Mondays. Others would rather just stay in bed for another day. I think I fall somewhere in the middle. But to get you prepared for the coming Monday, I offer you my five favorite songs that have something to do with Monday.

When I think of Monday, this is the song I think of. If I could only pick one magic Monday song, this would be it.

Da dah, dah da da. Sorry. You can’t have the title without the rest of the song. Lol. My parents were fans so I grew up with this one.

Not sure I was a fan of this before Adam Sandler’s The Wedding Singer, but I like it now. So does my husband. How does it feel?

My mom LOVES The Carpenters, so I love this song. For those of you who hate Mondays, this is your anthem. I personally like rainy days.

I don’t care if Monday’s black. How about you?
