Cleaning fees and other service charges apply to all rentals, including waived-fee government events.

Cleaning fees: $10 for 1-20 people, $20 for 21-30 people, $30 for 31-40 people, $40 for 41-50 people, $50 for 51-60 people, $60 for 61-70 people, $70 for 71-80 people, $80 for 81-90 people, $90 for 91-100 people, $100 for 101+ people.

Please note:

NPL may collect payment if users cause damage to its facilities and meeting rooms. Any client using the meeting rooms shall be held responsible for willful, intentional, negligent, or accidental damage to the NPL building, grounds, collections, or equipment caused by the group or organization, its members, or those attending its program. Intentional damages include, but are not limited to, leaving a room excessively dirty or messy after an event.

If repair or cleaning costs (beyond normal wear and tear) exceed the rental fee, the client will be billed for the additional costs within 10 days of the event.
