your mind matters

Join our hosts Lana Boleyjack and Bassam Habib as they introduce NPL's first mental health awareness podcast!

Your Mind Matters launched in August 2023 with the intention of encouraging conversations about mental health in men of all experiences. This initiative has blossomed into a full-fledged podcast where candid conversations are held to shed light on how mental health is affected from many different angles and for all people.

Tune in every other Wednesday for new episodes with members of the Nashville community who are working to make good mental health feel more attainable for everyone.

We hope you enjoy listening, and always remember, Your Mind Matters!
